The Australian Labor government has just introduced a new bill “Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026” and it removes freedom of speech for Australians.
The bill will essentially make it punishable by 5 years imprisonment if you disagree with the regime about the problems caused by mass migration. All under the guise of combatting antisemitism.
The Bondi beach terror attack was caused by Islamic extremists as clearly evidenced by the fact that two Islamic flags were seen in the cars of the shooters and there personal backgrounds. Yet this bill does not have a single mention of Islamic Extremism.
So what should the bill have set out to achieve instead?
It should have:
1. Made it a law that if someone was reasonably suspected to be involved or have strong sympathies of Islamic extremist groups or ideologies then they should be immediately deported.
2. Made it law that migration from terror hot spots be banned entirely.
3. Significantly reduce, or more preferably, fully halt mass migration, as this problem simply wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t imported via mass migration in the first place.
Instead the bill focuses on banning “hate” groups, which has already led to white nationalist groups being disbanded, even though they were not involved in the shooting. It also punishes people who spread “hate” about other groups of people.
And that “hate” is defined by the government.
The CEO of the Australian Jewish Association is even against it – “Australia risks heading down the same path as the United Kingdom, where thousands of people are arrested each year merely for expressing opinions.”
This bill has nothing to do what so ever with the Bondi terror attack. This is clearly to do with silencing normal Australians who speak out against the importation of incompatible groups. Such as the radical Islamist’s who caused the problem in the first place.
If after this bill passes and someone like you or me were to say that certain groups should be banned or deported from Australia, we could potentially be thrown in jail for 5 years.
We also wouldn’t be able to say that “Australia is superior” or “Australia is the best country in the world” as One Nation has just pointed out.
This is clearly a step too far and is designed to control Australians and limit what they can and cant say, thus manipulating them and essentially controlling what they can and can’t think.
It’s Orwellian.
People should be allowed to say whatever they want. If they threaten to kill or harm someone then they should be investigated for that, which is common sense. But everything else, even if it is about one groups superiority over another group or if they are pointing out the inherent flaws in another group, that should be allowed under free speech.
The more free speech is silent, the more hate filled society will become. Because these questions and topics don’t just go away. Without being able to talk about these problems then the group who is critical of the problem gets more angry, and the group causing the problem thinks it’s all good, and so the problem just gets worse.
Example is the Islamic child marriage of 6 year old girls (sahih al-bukhari 5134), or Shia mu’tah practices and “touching” “suckling infants” (Tahrir al-Wasilah, pg.229 (idk if it applies to all shia)).
In a multicultural society the idea is that Muslims would be allowed to practice what is normal to their group and Australians or anyone else would be allowed to practice what is normal to them and they all just get along. But without criticism of harmful practices, those harmful practices get more pronounced and the hatred against the group doing it by other groups grows since discussion to get to a resolution is not allowed.
That is why this bill is so dangerous.
It actually makes “hate” worse.
In a free society people must be allowed to speak freely.
If this isn’t a free society then maybe the Australian regime should just come out and admit it.
This bill does nothing whatsoever to “combat antisemitism” as the problem is Islamic terrorism but that simply isnt addressed. The solution to this problem is deporting radicals and shutting the gates. This bill just wants to restrict the ability of people to point out radical beliefs and throw them in prison if they say anything about the radical multicultural ideology that allows for this problem to occur.
