The US government shut down for weeks and life went on as per usual. And most of us know that whenever the government gets involved in anything it usually screws it up in one way or another.
To think that people can’t effectively govern themselves is a product of the Fabian shackles we’ve been confined too for the last half century.
Similarly with federal governments, there was a time when there were no income taxes. The US launched their revolution over things like taxes on tea. They didn’t have income tax at the time either.
The US was so successful and grew so quickly during the 1800’s because of a lack of government influence. Murray Rothbard spoke extensively on this. And the same happened here in Australia too. We developed quickly and then started to come to a halt when the government stepped in and said they knew better.
The Victorian government is so dystopian that they lock down their own people, want to fine people for having cars on their properties that they don’t approve of, and are more concerned with the UN’s UNDRIP agenda and their sneaky globalist allegiances via treaty’s and native title etc than the average Victorian.
No wonder we call them the people’s republic of Victoria. They’ve earned that nickname.
There would be nothing lost by abolishing it all together. Obviously within reason of course, considering basic public services. But otherwise what is the point of them? And especially what is the point of the politicians? I’m sure basic public services could be run without them…
Do they make laws that benefit the people? Or do they make laws that benefit the few? That benefit the beneficiaries of “Treaty.”
Does anyone actually believe that “Treaty” and subsequent aboriginal programs are being enacted simply because these politicians are just nice lovely people?
They have nothing to gain right? They’re just kind hearted politicians?
If anyone believes that then they’re simply an idiot.
